On Saturday 29th September 17 members of witham boys brigade were entertained to a try dive evening at Braintree pool, they were divided into four groups for one to one instruction in the pool as other groups were taken aside for a safety briefing and signals and do snorkeling and to await there turn in the pool. The boys and girls were first shown how to achieve neutral buoyancy before they were taken for a swim around the pool, at the far end of the pool we had arranged an obstacle course consisting of hoops on the pool floor which they had to negotiate which they enjoyed. The evening was a great success thanks to the clubs membership turnout without nights like this we would not have potential new members, well done Riverside SAC.
